Within this job you’ll be operating from 2 different sites in the Nottinghamshire/Derbyshire area, ensuring the safe delivery of around 8 to 10 parcels per day. (Please note this role includes handballing.) 

As a Class 1 HGV Driver you will be delivering to different locations across the UK, which means you’ll be spending roughly 3 paid nights out per week.

This full time role requires Monday to Friday work with the weekends off. Your start time will be around 07:30, subject to the prior days finishing time.

You’ll be starting in a temporary position, however there are opportunities for you to move into a permanent role, dependant on the right candidate.  

To be considered you must have an HGV 1 driving licence, a valid Digital Tachograph Card and a valid UK CPC qualification.  

With a wage of £14.50 per hour PAYE, you'll also accrue 28 days holiday per pro rata.  

Through our umbrella partner the wage per hour will be £17.55. 

Any nights out will be paid at an additional £23 per night out.
