Prevention and Reablement Worker - Female Only - Hassocks.
Due to the needs of the client this role is exempt from the diverty.
  • Immediate start available (Terms and Conditions apply).
  • Supporting a 20-year-old in their own home, no personal care.
  • Based in Hassocks, the starting pay is £12.00 per hour and £60 for sleep shifts.
  • More hours and opportunities will be available as we expand.
  • The client lives in their own home, Their support package is 4pm-10pm, and a sleep-in.
  • There is no personal care, and some light household duties as the individual struggles to stay tidy, The client is active and enjoys being out and about.
  • Most evenings are just spent being out, watching TV, playing games, etc.

Please note - The client does struggle with their mental health, there is a history of self-harm however they are in an amazing place and there has not been any self-harm for over a year however there is always a risk.
