We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of catering services. This position is perfect for individuals with a passion for food and hospitality, who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working as part of a team.

Duties
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of food items in accordance with food safety standards.
  • ensuring all vans are stocked correctly and ready for when drivers arrive
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and service areas throughout
  • Help with inventory management, including receiving and storing supplies.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation.
Experience
  • Previous experience in food preparation or catering is advantageous but not essential.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
  • Experience within a restaurant, hotel, fast food or hospitality setting will be beneficial.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well under pressure are essential traits for success in this role.
