Phoenix Physio Ltd has a part-time opening for a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist in St. Albans, Hertfordshire. This is a self-employed post and would be ideal for those looking for extra evening/weekend work to supplement their current role. The hours are negotiable and can work around your current role. The role is an on-site role, and the successful candidate will have the responsibility of assessing, diagnosing, and treating musculoskeletal injuries and conditions.
It is expected that the candidate is proficient in the use of electronic SOAP notes and can complete insurance health reports. The physio will also be expected to manage their diary so that they can follow up with patients at times that suit them. This role involves lone working in a clinic room but with staff available around the leisure centre. All admin will be taught by the head physiotherapist.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
- Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Current professional liability insurance coverage (can be part of CSP membership).
- Experience with private insurance patients is desirable.
- Part-time availability with flexible working hours.
- Minimum of 3 hours per week.
