Warehouse Operative - Loader - Nights

This is a temp to perm contract, all candidates have the potential to earn a permanent position within our client’s team. Upon gaining a contract you will have access to a wide range of benefits such as, bike to work scheme, cinema discounts, health & fitness benefits.

Pay Rate: £14.38 from 10pm-4am, £11.50 if before 10pm and after 4am (rising to £12.01 and £15.01 after 12 weeks of employment)

Job Type: Temp-perm
Shift Pattern: Working on a monthly rota pattern working any 5 over 7 (so must be flexible to work weekends) Shift times are 9pm/10pm start-finish, with occasional early starts of 6pm-finish.

The Role:

• Operating MHE such as a driver truck, moving pallets from dispatch lanes into lorries ready for deliveries.
• Completing lane walks to check standard of pallets and re stacking and wrapping if/when necessary.
• Ensure the workplace is kept clean and tidy and ensure all spillages/breakages are cleared immediately.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Full coaching and training is provided alongside and throughout of a 12 week structured training plan tailored to the department and the employee

The Candidate:

• Experience within a similar warehouse environment would be ideal
• Good attitude towards work
• Reliability
