The collaborative UK team pride themselves on adding value for their clients, this is a business built on long term relationships with both merchants and on farm. They regularly hold joint farm visits with their merchants, knowledge transfer events and provide exceptional nutritional support.
You will be joining a business where you have a say You will not just be a figure in a larger business, the team regularly get involved with marketing strategies, research and development and identifying gaps in the market.
You will have:
• Demonstrable practical background, ideally with a focus on calf rearing.
• A strong nutritional understanding, ideally this will be from a BSc in a relevant subject, but industry experience will not be overlooked.
• Drive, resilience and self-motivation.
