I'm supporting a partner and we are looking for an experienced Pharmacist Manager or an experienced Pharmacist looking to step into management to join their team in a thriving Didcot pharmacy.
This is an opportunity to leverage your clinical expertise, lead by example, and provide exceptional service to patients.

As a Pharmacist Manager, your duties will include -
Overseeing all aspects of pharmacy operations, ensuring adherence to GPhC regulations and high-quality patient care.
Leading, motivating, and developing your pharmacy team for optimal performance.
Managing stock control and procurement to guarantee efficient medication availability.
Contributing to the pharmacy's financial targets and service delivery goals.
Building strong relationships with patients, GPs, and other healthcare professionals.
