In this pivotal role, you will analyse information from various sources, create valuable insights, and present your findings to business stakeholders to facilitate the implementation of strategic action plans.

Job Description:

Major Job Functions:

  • Develop a high-performing, engaged team through inclusion and diversity, development plans, training and education.

  • Create and implement efficient processes to deliver our promise and achieve Parts Excellence and targets to customers.

  • Work on a variety of Parts Projects to identify and implement continuous improvement in the supply chain.

  • Continue to improve systems and processes in order to meet company objectives and targets.

  • Parts Data Analysis seeks to identify trends and patterns throughout the data and act accordingly. Building reporting and facilitating improvements through the S&OP Process (Finning & CAT)

  • Create, develop and drive a Parts & Operations KPI dashboard. Identifying gaps and recreating action plans to improve. Sharing with other areas of the business
