This could be the role for you

  • Static site: London
  • Mon to Thurs (7pm - 5am)
  • Overtime available in abundance

Duties

  • Lighting - lamp changes, ballast changes, simmtronic/Phillips lighting
  • Emergency light testing
  • Power distribution
  • Electrical fault-finding
  • Small works - new sockets, new lights, new circuits
  • PAT Testing
  • Control Panel maintenance
  • Transformers
  • Star Delta Starters
  • Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing
  • AHUs/FCUs - filter changes, belt changes, actuator changes, coil cleans
  • Pumps - PPMs or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls)
  • Motors - PPMs (re-winds, overhauls)
  • Water treatment - dipslides, pH & temperature testing, chlorination, chemical dosing
  • Boilers - re-sets
  • Chillers - re-sets, 1st Line faults
  • General fabric maintenance as required

Requirements

  • C&G Level 3 Electrical Installations (essential)
  • C&G 18th Edition (essential)
  • Critical building maintenance experience (desirable)
