Job Duties   Organise and maintain legal documents and case files Schedule appointments, meetings, and court dates Assist in preparing legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, and appeals Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel Conduct audio typing of legal correspondence and documents Manage office correspondence and emails Utilise Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Excel, and Word   Candidate Profile Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Proficient in administrative tasks Excellent time management abilities Effective communication skills Experience in audio typing     #ACX3 Quest Employment acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and as an employment business for temporary recruitment.
