*Salary*: £25,000 basic + Uncapped Commission. Average OTE £50,000+

*Hours*:
* Monday to Thursday: 09:30 - 18:30
* Friday: 10:00 - 16:00 (Finish at 14:00 if targets are met)

*Job Description*:

Our client is on the hunt for Telesales Agents to handle Life Insurance sales. You will be offering an advised service to Qualified Leads that are passed over via Hot-Key from the internal Lead Generation team.

*Key Responsibilities*:
* Offering A can-do attitude to your work
* Delivering telephone-based Life Insurance Protection advice
* Ensuring that FCA regulations are met
* Maximising productivity and results by effectively managing time and business pipeline
* Following agreed advice process, completing a general fact find, needs analysis
* Working towards targets and KPIs

*The Candidate*:
* 1 year of either Life Insurance Experience, Outbound B2B or B2C telesales or BDM
* Computer literate with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
* Excellent telephone handling skills
* Excellent letter writing skills
* Excellent organisational and administration skills
* Strong time management skills
* Used to working to targets in a pressured environment
* Ability to work well as an individual and as a member of a team
* An excellent timekeeper with a flexible approach to meeting the needs of our customers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
