I am currently recruiting for a Multi Trader to join a social housing contractor on a temporary ongoing basis covering areas in Ealing. A basic DBS Check will need to be carried out if successful.

Pay Rate:

• Temp - £20ph (CIS or Umbrella)

Hours:

• 42.5 hours per week (Mon to Fri)

Duties:

• Complete Multi Trade repairs and maintenance within occupied and void properties as well as associated works

• Be customer focused

• Have a relevant trade qualification

• Have a DBS Check

You will be supplied with:

• A van

• Fuel card

• PDA System

Job Types: Temporary contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £19.50-£20.00 per hour
