MET Technician

Are you an experienced MET Technician with experience of working in accident repair centres, that is looking for a new role?

You will be joining a very friendly team at an automotive bodyshops who are always wanting to help and work together to achieve the best results possible

*What you can expect as a MET Technician:*
* Full Time / Permanent.
* Salary - £18 - £23 per hour (Dependent on skills and qualifications)
* Individual bonus paid
* Monday - Friday - 45 hours a week
* NO weekends

*The Role of an MET Technician:*
* Must have experience in stripping and refitting a variety of makes and models of vehicle.
* Carry out diagnostic checks on vehicles.
* Geometry Wheel Alignment.
* Suspension and mechanical duties.
* Stripping and Fitting Vehicles before and after paint.
* Stripping and Fitting bumpers and doors.
* Repairing interior Plastics and Seats.
* Repairing Exterior Plastics.
* Experience with ADAS systems - *desirable but not essential*
* Repairing Windscreens - *desirable but not essential*
* Repairing, stripping and fitting dashboards.
* Dealing with wiring throughout the car.

*Qualifications*
* ATA/NVQ/IMI/City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 qualified MET Technician or time severed within an MET Technician role.
* Full valid driving licence
* Previous experience of working within an accident repair centre or with prestige vehicles would be desirable.
