Exciting Opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant in Schools Across Chester

Key Responsibilities:
- Offer one-on-one or small group support to students with special educational needs or disabilities

- Collaborate with teachers to implement individualised education plans and strategies for student success
- Foster a supportive and nurturing environment that encourages student engagement and confidence

Requirements:
- Experience working with students with special educational needs or disabilities in a school or educational setting
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to build positive relationships with students and support their unique needs
- Knowledge of inclusive teaching practices, differentiation strategies, and behaviour management techniques
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to work collaboratively with teachers and parents
