*The Role*

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Meat Prep Operative. In this role, you will play a key part in the manufacturing process of both frozen and fresh pork products.

Pay: £11.44 per hour

*Key Accountabilities*

* To ensure the correct setting up of all mixing & bowl chopping equipment.
* Completion of line paperwork including PC (use of Hellenic – stock control system) to the required standard.
* Maintaining species & allergen controls.
* To control give away and maintain recipe adherence at all times.

*Skills and Experience Required*

* Previous manufacturing experience (food desirable)
* Food Hygiene
* Good levels of numeracy & literacy
