DevOps Engineer – London – Technology – Hedge Fund

We are currently working with a global technology driven hedge fund.

Due to recent investment, they’re looking to expand their front office technology team, by bringing in a DevOps Engineer.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage cloud-based infrastructure using tools such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Automate deployment, monitoring, and management processes to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with software engineers to integrate continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines into the development workflow.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the finance industry.
  • Strong proficiency in cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
