Associate Director

Warner Scott are partnered with a leading Accountancy firm who are looking to expand their M&A advisory function at Associate Director / Director Level (depending on experience).

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as main point of contact for clients and as their trusted advisor
- Take part in growing and developing the team over time
- Involvement in a wide range of transactions, taking full ownership of simpler transactions
- Ensuring every assessment is in accordance with the professional and ethical standards of the firm
- Supervising and reviewing work of junior team members, and provide feedback/support
- Conduct comprehensive industry and market research to identify potential M&A opportunities and trends.
- Analyse financial data, industry dynamics, and competitive landscapes to assess the strategic fit and potential risks of transactions.

Requirements:
- Strong experience in a corporate finance environment - delivering disposals, acquisitions, fundraisings
- Willingness to lead on as much as possible with support from the team
- Managerial experience developing more junior members of the team
