Admin & Customer Services Assistant

Due to expansion, Your Window Cleaner are looking to recruit a part time ‘Admin & Customer Services Assistant’.

We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic person to join us. Your role will include meeting customers both over the phone and face to face, answering queries and booking in customer appointments, creating daily job sheets and updating our computer system, along with handling customer payments and other general activities.

Applicant should be a strong team player with the ability to work on own initiative. Experience not essential as full training will be given, though experience of MS Office applications would be beneficial.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service & communication skills, along with the ability to ‘think on your feet’ to problem solve should the occasions occur.

This position is part time, starting at 3-16 hours per week. This position may lead to full time hours being offered for the right candidate.

Wages for this position will be discussed at interview depending on experience etc, however will be nicely above minimum wage.

Uniform provided & immediate start available.
