  • Truck Driver is not required to assist with any unloading/loading. Relax in the break room area whilst the warehouse staff load and unload.
  • Driving only from site to site
  • Traction work only– drop/swap trailers. On average 4 swaps per shift, working with boxed trailers mainly.
  • Paid for full shift regardless if the route is cancelled by us or the route finishes early

HGV Driver Requirements

  • Hold a valid commercial Driving licence with the correct categories C + E (CLASS 1)
  • Have a professional Driving Qualification called the Full Driver Certificate of Professional competence
  • Hold a Digital Tachograph/smart card
  • Pass a criminal background check
  • Be able to read & speak basic English
  • Have a maximum of 6 points on the Driving licence (as well as no DD, DR OR IN endorsements)
  • In return we offer £38,500 per annum paid as a hourly rate (weekly).
  • 4 on 2 off with a mixture of days, nights and weekends
