The Grand Hotel, Brighton is an iconic hotel in a unique city. After celebrating the hotel's 160th  anniversary and completing a 16.2 million pound refurbishment in 2024, we're not stopping there 2025 will see the introduction of a state-of-the-art gym and luxurious spa to elevate the guest experience even further, which is due to be completed in Q2.

What Are We Looking For?

As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of the Spa at The Grand Brighton, ensuring an outstanding experience for every client.

The Spa Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for the reception area at the spa. Includes the greeting of all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products, booking all appointments, checking the guest into the computer system and charging for services performed.
