Building and Maintaining Relationships with Partners: Establish and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations and understanding the partner's needs, capabilities, and challenges.
Training and Enablement: Provide partners with the necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively sell and support the product or service. This includes conducting product demos, sharing sales materials, and helping partners understand value propositions.
Sales Support and Collaboration: Work closely with partners to help them identify and close deals, provide sales support. This may involve joint sales calls, presenting to end customers, and assisting with deal negotiation or configuration.
Marketing and Demand Generation: Collaborate with partners on driving awareness and uptake of joint marketing campaigns, co-branded materials, and demand-generation efforts. Help partners effectively market the solution to end customers. Representing client at key partner events (internal and external) and key industry events to drive awareness and demand generation.
Feedback Loop : Gather and relay feedback from partners about market conditions, customer concerns, or product issues to improve the offering.
Reporting and Forecasting: Provide accurate and timely reports on partner sales activity, pipeline, and revenue forecasts to management.
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in solution sales, partnerships, or channel sales.
- Proven track record of closing deals through partners rather than direct sales.
- Experience in selling VR technology or laptops, smartphones or software as a service
- Good track record of selling hardware/soft wear
- Experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and partner performance optimization.
- Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or cloud-based solutions.
- Familiarity with partner ecosystems, ISVs, and reseller networks.
- Salesforce competency
