Known for its innovative approach, the company delivers cutting-edge solutions across various industries, including aerospace, defence, industrial, and biomedical sectors.Key Responsibilities:Design advanced optical and photonic components and systems.Lead and manage team performance to deliver exceptional results.Develop and implement product development strategies.Collaborate on prototype construction and testing.Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders through presentations and reports.Requirements:Degree in Engineering or Physics (PhD preferred).In-depth knowledge of fibre-optics and photonics technologies.Proficiency with optical design software such as Zemax.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.Self-motivated with the ability to meet demanding deadlines.Background in satellite communications, industrial sensing, or biomedical imaging is advantageous.This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking company at the forefront of technological innovation, working on transformative solutions for a range of industries
