MISSION STATEMENT

To assist Hennessy Masterbrand in the UK, developing and executing specific Marketing and Sales projects whilst ensuring excellent administrative support.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

General Brand Management Support

  • Admin lead and coordinator on all Brand Projects and sales driving activities across the on, off trade and retail channels
  • Managing all Meeting Notes / Minutes
  • Team + Internal + External Calendar Coordination
  • Maintain centralised documentation (audit ready)
  • Action Follow Up / Send Updates / Reminders to all stakeholders
  • Logistics – room bookings, catering travel
  • Brand lead for all ordering for project requirements (including POSM, Stock, Venue Bookings, Staff Bookings to manage bars etc)
  • POC for all Prep, Set up and On Site Support at all brand events all year long (average 4 a month)
  • Brand coordinator on collecting all wrap up reports
  • Brand custodian, ensuring brand guidelines are followed - including delivery and implementation of assets
  • POC for all brand related activity in Cognac, including internal and external visits
  • POC for all bespoke asset creation to support On & Off Trade
  • POC for all travel booking, working with the Cognac team to build unique experiences
  • Conduct research and report on competitor campaigns, activations and product drops
  • Create and own briefs to support with all brand building activity in alignment with annual brand strategy
  • Proof reading all marketing support / documents / checking all assets / logos are correct
  • Owning all gifting / seeding deliveries from the office
  • Managing all hand written communication
  • Working with Administrator to ensure cage inventory is accurate
  • Maintain the drive for all brand files and important documents
  • Manage the content library of owned assets from events


Specific Administrative Support

  • Financial Support:
  • Budget tracking (Excel)
  • Raising POs (SAP/ Workflow / Nintex) – Up to 15 per day
  • GRing POs (SAP)
  • Processing invoices (Webcycle)
  • Vendor Relationships (Email / Phone – updating on payment timings)
  • External Relationships
  • Establishing and communicating email priorities
  • Managing external expectations
  • Forwarding inquiries
  • Managing Asset Requests
  • POSM Management
  • Brand POC with all internal external stakeholders for stock & POSM
  • Tracking inventory
  • Ordering PPP store
  • Managing all event orders (inc tracking and delivery), approx. 1 event a week
  • Managing MHUK Allocations
  • Managing local POSM Agency (inc storage budgeting / costs
  • Market / brand Information
  • The key point of contact for internal and external
  • Information on Hennessy products (dimensions, imagery, stockists etc)
  • Brand Decks (slides for presentations on business performance, plans etc)
  • Marketing Materials (all global assets)
  • Other
  • Supporting with travel and hospitality bookings and general day to day management for friends of Hennessy.
