Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the daily operations of the homeEnsure high-quality, person-centred care is consistently deliveredOversee compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirementsSupport, coach, and develop a dedicated staff teamManage budgets, occupancy, and overall performance of the homeFoster positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders Requirements Previous Home Manager / Registered Manager experience (residential or nursing)Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and complianceProven leadership and people-management skillsA passion for delivering exceptional standards of careNVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management or willingness to work towards it
