Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Hampshire. You will be responsible for cost control, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting.


Qualifications

  • Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning skills
  • Experience in creating and managing BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
  • Experience in cost reporting
  • Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
