This is a hands on role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of keeping facilities safe, clean and well maintained.As a Groundman, you will:Carry out routine grounds maintenance, including grass cutting, hedge trimming, litter picking and general tidiness.Complete basic repairs and maintenance tasks such as painting, small fixes and general upkeep.Assist with setting up events, equipment and furniture across the site when required.Monitor the condition of outdoor areas, identifying hazards or repairs needed and reporting these promptly.Ensure pathways, entrances and car parks remain safe, particularly in adverse weather conditions.Support caretaking duties where needed, including opening and closing buildings.Operate and maintain grounds equipment safely.??
