Groundwork Labourer

Essential Role Requirements:Strong understanding and experience in general labouring tasks on construction sitesAbility to assist tradespeople with a variety of tasks including material handling site preparation and general maintenanceExperienced in working safely around live services and adhering to health and safety protocolsProactive with good time management skillsResponsible for replenishing materials maintaining clean and safe site conditions and ensuring safe access routesAble to perform daily pre-start safety checks on equipment and report maintenance requirements to site managementDesirable:Additional CPCS/NPORS* tickets for machinery operation such as Telehandlers Dumpers and Rollers1-2 years experience in construction labouring with a willingness to learn and develop new skillsExperience working as part of a team or gang is highly valuedGeneral Expectations:Reliable & punctualAble to work well with other trades and operatives on site and support the programme delivery on time.Right to work in the UKWe do have high standards for the work carried out on our sites and in exchange we offer:A commitment tofair and competitive ratesOpportunities for additional contracts on prospective projectsAccess to further training as required by specific site needs * Please note that to comply with client requirements we can only accept NPORS cards affiliated with CSCS and carrying the CSCS hologram.
