We're now looking to bring in a core team member to enable the next phase of growth.The RoleWe’re looking for a Junior Creative Designer who thrives on variety, ideas, and impact.You’ll ideate, shape and bring to life campaign and content strategies, that run from brief to results.Imagine taking a brief from a major sports club wanting to boost season ticket sales by 10%, a fashion label launching a new collection or a new hospitality venue opening... Along with our expert team, you’ll help understand the challenge, contribute valuable solution orientated ideas and deliver the creative work across mediums you are familiar with. You’re encouraged and empowered to have valuable input at every step, as part of the team you’re involved at every stage of a campaigns journey not a single part.If you can't tell, we love creativity and thrive on ideas.Who You AreYou’ll do well here if you are up for a challenge and motivated by an adventure, we’re looking for major players (not participants) that will help shape the future of the agency. You’re a people person first and foremost, and a confident communicator. You’re curious and creative with a passion for bringing ideas to life, ordinary bores you. You have a passion for brands and maybe even one or two favourites that we could go out and pitch for, thanks to a killer campaign idea you have for them.It goes without saying you have a strong understanding of design and visual communication and the software and mediums required to produce your vision. You are detail orientated to the levels that get things done effectively and efficiently with an interest in, or good foundation of, marketing knowledge (that would certainly be an advantage).… oh and you like dogs…Why apply?You’ll have a voice.
