Tudor Employment Agency are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious West Midlands based client who are looking for a Tool Maker / Bench Hand.Our client has recently secured numerous new contracts, creating a fantastic opportunity for you to join their team.This is your chance to become part of a well-established, family-run business known for career stability and a dedicated team with members having over 30 years of service.Enjoy highly competitive rates and benefits as part of this remarkable organisation.Employment Type: Permanent PositionSuccessful applicants will be on a Self Employed basisSalary: £40-£55k per annum(£850 - £1100 per week - £19.50 - £26.50phr - performance based)Key Responsibilities: * Utilise your toolmaking background to understand plastic injection mould tooling and procedures for repair, modification, and servicing. * Work on bespoke tooling up to 10 tons. * Apply your experience with hydraulics, hot runners, and hand tools. * Machining skills and experience with TIG and laser welding are advantageous. * Experience with overhead cranes and forklifts is a plus (training available). * Demonstrate good communication skills and a positive attitude. * Produce high-quality work efficiently, maximizing your earnings based on your abilities.Hours of Work:Monday to Friday7:30 am – 5:00 pm
