Key Responsibilities:Operate UV FLEXO presses efficiently and autonomously.Monitor product quality and take corrective actions when needed.Maintain quality and colour consistency across various substrates and products.Keep accurate records of production runs and press maintenance.Collaborate closely with the Production Manager to ensure timely order completion.Maintain a clean and organised work environment.Key Requirements:Commitment, passion, drive, and focus.3-5 years of industry experience preferred.Ability to work independently with a positive, proactive approach.Genuine interest in self-adhesive labels and packaging.Attention to detail and willingness to learn.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
