PMLD Teaching Assistant | Immediate Start |Paid Trial Days | South East London

Role: PMLD Teaching Assistant

Contract: Full Time

Rate: £90 - £105 per day

Hours: 08:30 - 15:30

Location: SE26, South East London

Setting: Secondary SEN

We are looking for a fantastic PMLD Support Assistant to work at one of our leading SEN secondary school in South East London work with children you'll have to adapt your learning and make sure that you're able to support children who have difficulties with their learning. The PMLD Teaching Assistant role will require you to help students with their vocational studies and their progression to further education.

As a PMLD TA you will be interacting with students with a wide range of learning difficulties. Students are supported by a multidisciplinary team including Physiotherapists, Art Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech and Language Therapists.

PMLD Teaching Assistant | Ideal Candidate:

  • A strong understanding of children with PMLD.
  • Contributing to support plans and strategies to meet the needs of each student.
  • To be patient when working with the children.
  • The mindset to strive in a new environment.
