The role will be based within our customer service team working from our branch in Basingstoke. One day a week is allocated to complete your college coursework and the option to work from home when completing this is available.You will not be required to attend college; all courses are online and assessments are submitted via a secure portal.You will be involved in a wide range of activities including data analyst using this information to support both complaints and compliments from the client tenants and residents.
