This is an exciting opportunity for an electrical engineer or aspiring estimator to join a dynamic team and take responsibility for estimating, pricing, and overseeing projects and contracts. Youll play a key role in both pre- and post-construction phases, helping to deliver projects efficiently, profitably, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate estimates and pricing for electrical projects, ensuring all costs are coded and structured correctly. Oversee projects from pre-construction to completion, monitoring budgets, timelines, and quality standards. Work closely with clients and internal teams to develop project plans and deliverables. Provide mentorship or guidance if in a junior role, learning and developing under experienced management. Contribute to business growth through accurate financial planning and project insight. Requirements: Electrical background or qualification essential. Proven experience working on large-scale projects such as schools, hospitals, or other major contracts. Confident using spreadsheets and financial systems for estimating and pricing. Experience in pre- and post-construction/project management is preferred. Entrepreneurial mindset or previous experience running projects/companies is a bonus. Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
