ICT Technician

About the Role:We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused ICT Technician to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting and maintaining our ICT infrastructure ensuring staff have the tools and systems they need to deliver excellent services.Key Responsibilities: Provide first and second-line technical support for software hardware and basic network issues. Install configure and maintain desktops laptops and mobile devices. Manage user accounts permissions and access in line with organisational policies. Assist with onboarding new staff by creating relevant accounts ensuring they have the right equipment and delivering basic training. Maintain accurate records of assets and support requests using our IT service management system. Collaborate with colleagues to deliver ICT projects and drive continuous improvements.What Were Looking For: Strong troubleshooting skills and a logical approach to problem-solving. Experience with Windows operating systems Microsoft 365 and basic networking. Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure. A commitment to learning and adapting to new technologies and applications.Desirable: Knowledge of Active Directory.
