Due to an increase of workload and growth of the business, they are seeking 2x CNC Turners (Setter, Operator) with Mazatrol experience, to join the team.CNC Turner x2 Job DescriptionWriting programs and programming the Turning CentresKnowledge of Mazatrol essentialMill/Turn experience an advantageExperience of Integrex programming an advantageKnowledge of CAM software and G Code an advantageProgram set and operate CNC machines to manufacture required components in line with production schedules and to required quality standardsSupervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce correct componentsTo maintain work equipment and a safe and well organised workstationTo complete safety checks to ensure machine and work equipment is in good working orderAssist in work centre housekeeping and any 5S activitiesPerforms/prepares build or inspection activities before and during product manufacturingDelivers production requirements by following instructions/processesInspection supportMaintains manufacturing documentation to achieve full standards of traceabilityFully contributes to the process of continuous improvements and company goal of achieving zero defects in accordance with ISO9001 certified quality management systems requirements CNC Turner x2 Essential Qualifications / Experience / SkillsKnowledge of Mazatrol essentialPrevious experience of setting and operating CNC and manual machinesThe ability to read and understand manufacturing drawingsBe able to work to strict deadlines CNC Turner x2 Desirable Qualifications / Experience / SkillsExperience of working within the automotive or/and aerospace industry would be an advantage
