Our purpose is to help established SMEs one of the last major underserved opportunities in Fintech.Established SMEs are the backbone of local communities - representing over a third of our economy - yet have been largely neglected both by traditional high street banks and modern fintech providers.Role DescriptionIn this role you will play a key part in supporting the banks Operational Risk function helping to maintain the Operational Risk Framework (ORF) related policies and procedures as well as ensuring the effective operation of the banks GRC system and processes. You will work closely with the Senior Operational Risk Manager to deliver the Operational Risk Assurance plan including control testing assurance reviews deep-dive assessments and scenario analysis feeding into ICAAP and ILAAP. A core aspect of the role will involve partnering with the First Line of Defence on the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process including annual refreshes while maintaining the Risk Register to ensure risks are accurately recorded monitored and action plans remain on track.
