The Senior Sales Executive will be instrumental in driving growth by focusing exclusively on acquiring new business opportunities. This role involves identifying and targeting potential clients, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and securing new accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities
- Sales Strategy: Create and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and secure new clients. Tailor approaches to address the unique needs and challenges of each prospective client
- Client Acquisition: Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Clearly communicate the value proposition and benefits of HDX’s solutions to win new business
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present customized proposals and pricing agreements. Negotiate terms and close deals to secure new contracts
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market needs. Use this information to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, including lead conversion, pipeline status, and achievement of new business targets. Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to support new business initiatives and ensure alignment with sales strategies

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field. Master’s degree is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in the data analytics or related space.
- Demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong understanding of the data analytics market, key players, and client needs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build and nurture long-term relationships
- Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working independently
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry event
