Each child follows an individualised learning pathway tailored to their specific needs. Its a place where creativity compassion and consistency come together to create meaningful learning experiences.About the RoleAs a SEND Teaching Assistant you will:Work closely with the Room Leader and SENDCO to deliver bespoke learningSupport pupils with a range of complex needs in both academic and social developmentHelp create a calm safe and engaging learning environmentCelebrate every small step of progress and help children grow in confidenceWere Looking for Someone Who:Has experience working with children with SEND (essential)Understands the importance of personalised inclusive educationBrings energy patience and a genuine love of working with childrenWorks well as part of a team and communicates effectivelyIs reflective and always keen to develop their practiceHolds a relevant TA or SEND qualification (desirable but not essential)Come and See UsDue to the unique nature of this provision we strongly encourage prospective applicants to arrange a visit.
