This role reports to the Commercial Manager. The purpose of the role is to be responsible for supporting Quantity Surveyors and Buyers in their commercial duties and gain experience to develop into a Quantity Surveyor. The role will include: Providing administrative support to help the team stay organised and on track with contracts. Reviewing and raising purchase orders for materials and site trades. Conducting site visits to assess quantity of work completed and raising simpler contractor payments Ensure weekly and monthly payments are processed efficiently, any disputed ite...
