Responsibilities and duties of the Plant Manager role Reporting to the Site Accounting Director you will: Provide strategic leadership for all site operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant performance across multiple treatment technologies. Oversee the management of Energy-from-Waste, Mechanical Treatment, and Anaerobic Digestion facilities to achieve operational excellence. Take full accountability for site P&L, delivering financial targets and driving cost efficiency. Act as the Senior Authorised Person (SAP), ensuring electrical and process safety systems are effectively controlled and maintained. Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team, fostering a high-performance and safety-first culture. Implement and continuously improve process safety standards and operational procedures.
