As we expand our presence in the UK and EU markets, we are seeking a passionate Wholesale Sales Manager to drive our wholesale sales initiatives.
Position Overview: The Wholesale Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow our wholesale business in the UK and EU. You will cultivate relationships with key retail partners, identify new business opportunities, and ensure that our brand message is effectively communicated across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets in the UK and EU markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retail partners and distributors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for senior management.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to represent the brand and network with potential clients.
- Provide training and support to retail partners on product knowledge and visual merchandising.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the fashion or women’s apparel industry.
- Strong understanding of wholesale sales processes and retail market dynamics in the UK and EU.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Zedonk, CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably within the fashion industry.
