Executive Business Manager

Job Vacancy Midlothian Health and Social Care Partnership are pleased to offer an opportunity for 18 months as Executive Business Manager for the Partnership. The postholder will be responsible for the leadership of a Business team and admin services, as well as hold key portfolios relating to Business, such as risk movement, health and safety, workforce and supporting service redesign and transformation. The postholder will work as part of the senior leadership team to support delivery of health and social care in Midlothian, in order to design and deliver models of care within the community to support Midlothian residents to be cared for within a local setting. A degree level qualification in a relevant related discipline or evidence of equivalent competency is required. A proven track record of gathering and analysing statistical data to assess performance, ideally utilising systems providing predictive data is required. A post-graduate qualification in a relevant subject area and senior membership of an appropriate professional body are desirable. Experience of service planning, staff and resource management in a multi-disciplinary organisation demonstrating creative and innovative service development and problem solving is essential. Project management experience demonstrating good interpersonal skills, together with a clear understanding of the regulatory framework within which public services operate is also essential. A track record demonstrating innovative thinking along with successful project delivery involving stakeholders from multiple organisations is also desirable.
