We are looking for highly motivated Cruise Sales Experts who have a cruise sales background along with exceptional customer service skills to join our leads-generated cruise sales team.


Duties & Key responsibilities:

  • Achieving personal sales targets and KPIs
  • Answering inbound calls, online chats and customer emails
  • Creating callbacks and follow ups for sales leads
  • Ensuring our CRM is used to create and provide quotes to customers
  • Looking for and maximising opportunities to enhance customers holiday
  • Providing our customers with exceptional customer service
  • Calling customers before and after they have travelled to ensure a seamless service


Requirements and skills

  • Experience in selling cruises within a call centre environment or within a Travel Agency environment
  • Good knowledge of cruise lines and their product offering
  • Understand and demonstrate the importance of customer service
  • Ability to work shift patterns based on operational requirements including weekends, evening and bank holidays
  • Self motivated with a passion to sell cruising
  • Excellent phone manner and communication skills
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Use of our CRM system including adhering to best practices to ensure our customers remain the focus at all times


Salary & Commission:

You will be paid a base salary, plus commission on sales converted.


Location:

Home-based.


We operate seven days a week, with staffing on a rota basis including some evenings and weekends.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: £23,795.70 per year
