Compliance Officer – Permanent, Full-Time (38 hours per week) We are supporting a growing manufacturing organisation in the search for a Compliance Officer to establish and manage all site-based compliance, quality, health & safety and environmental systems. This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to develop the full compliance framework for a facility entering a key expansion and commissioning phase. Key Responsibilities Workshop & Site Compliance Lead the development and implementation of a complete Compliance and QHSE Management System, structured in line with ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards. Create, review and maintain essential compliance documentation including policies, procedures, risk assessments, permits and training materials. Design and implement the site commissioning safety and compliance plan in collaboration with engineering, operations and R&D teams. Establish internal audit processes, document control systems and reporting mechanisms suitable for a newly built and evolving operation. Conduct regular compliance and audit reviews with workshop and site management. Maintain and improve the site’s Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure continual compliance. Oversee QA/QC checks throughout commissioning and routine production activities.
