This includes installation and configuration of new devices device upgrades and assisting with IT and Telecoms projects.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide on-site support & troubleshooting across sites.Respond quickly to emergency situations requiring in-person attendance.Deliver scheduled floor walking services to proactively support users.Install and configure new and upgraded IT and Telecoms equipment.Support installation of IT Networking and Telecoms projects.Assist with desk moves internal office moves and office relocations.Support the on-boarding of new clients new users and acquisitions.Build strong trusted in-person relationships with clients.Maintain accurate records in our PSA/RMM and documentation system.Provide on-site services where you will be primarily based.Assist our Service Desk and Provisioning teams when not travelling.Experience and Skills RequiredYou should have experience with M365 Active Directory and Windows across troubleshooting and support.
