Day to day, you’ll:• Develop new business through proactive sales activity, networking and lead generation.• Manage and grow client relationships across multiple sectors.• Source, interview and place candidates into permanent / contract roles.• Write and advertise vacancies to attract top-quality applicants.• Conduct client visits, interviews and regular follow-up reviews.• Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights and drive team performance.This is a fast-paced and engaging role where your sales ability, energy, and determination will drive your success.About YouYou’re a confident communicator who thrives in a sales environment and enjoys seeing things through from start to finish.
