Our client is a market leader in the building materials and products markets in the UK, Ireland, and Continental Europe. Successful candidates will be exposed to all aspects of the business, including technical design, project management and commercial activities. The role will be office and site based, Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 5.00pm and Friday 8.45am to 3.30pm, 32 days holiday, Health Plan, Life Assurance, and progression opportunities. Day to Day: To prepare accurate and detailed technical quotes. Prepare calculations at the customers request. Give the customer with the highest level of technical and customer service. Office and site visits to develop customer relationships. Site visits to measure up / solve technical issues. Prepare clear and structured technical reports on findings from site. Qualifications: Degree educated Building Surveying / Architectural / Construction Engineering. Competent on CAD Packages mainly AutoCAD. Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Target focused, passion to develop, and deliver.
