Key responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, developing long-term, trusting relationships.
  • Support clients’ utility, cost, and carbon reduction requirements.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
  • Develop client proposals and introduce market-leading services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and maximize client retention.
  • Create, maintain, and deliver account development plans.
  • Maintain CRM system (Hubspot) with up-to-date client information.


Skills and experience required:

  • 3+ years in Energy Consultancy / Energy Supplier roles.2+ years as an account manager or in a customer-facing role.
  • Energy procurement fixed or flex Experience in delivering COT, Billing/Bureau services and carbon reporting
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Good organization, time management, and commercial awareness.
  • Passionate about driving a net zero world.
  • UK driver’s license and eligibility to work in the UK.
