Your role will;


  • Maintain quality systems to meet all product safety and compliance requirements.
  • Work with operations and other departments to promote a positive quality culture which is constantly evolving with future standards in mind
  • Promote and play a key role in continuous improvement and quality excellent on site and be the quality lead for site lean practices.
  • Consistently meet and exceed consumer and customer expectations.
  • Develop new quality standards where needed to assure group and legal compliance
  • Mentor and develop your team to reach their individual and team potential
  • Play an active role as part of the senior leadership team


About You:

  • You will have gained experience in a quality assurance or food safety leadership role within the food industry.
  • Knowledge of quality and product safety methodologies across a range of products is ideal.
  • You will have quality system implementation and auditing experience in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Fully up to date with current food and regulatory standards, a working knowledge of common customer standards
  • A genuine passion and enthusiasm for quality and driving good practice forward is required.
