ACNC Programmer / CNC Setter Operator / CNC Lathe Programmeris required for a well-established manufacturing facility based inWolverhampton .The CNC Programmer will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes using Fanuc controls, ensuring high-quality output, efficient cycle times, and reliable production performance. This is a hands-on role involving G-code programming, tooling set-up, machine monitoring, and working with drawings to manufacture precision components.Package:Up to £19 per hour (depending on experience) 4% monthly performance bonus after probation Day shift (with flexitime) 28 days Holiday + Bank Holidays Overtime availableCNC Programmer Role:Programme, set, and operate CNC lathes with Fanuc controlsEdit programmes using G-codes and adjust offsets when requiredSet machines and tooling manually (no probing)Read and interpret engineering drawings and work to tight tolerancesRequirements:Proven experience as a CNC Programmer / Setter Operator within a manufacturing or engineering environmentExperience working with exotic materials and in the fastener industry is highly desirableRecognised qualifications in CNC programming, setting, and operating, or a minimum of5 years experiencein a similar roleStrong communication skills and the ability to work accurately to deadlinesHigh attention to detail, reliable timekeeping, and a proactive approach to learning and developmentMust be able to commute to WolverhamptonTPBN1_UKTJ
